しょたいもち【所帯持ち】

〔事〕 housekeeping; 〔所帯を構えている人〕 a person who manages a household; (男) a family man; a married man; (女) a married woman.

●彼女は所帯持ちがいい[わるい]. She is a good [poor] housekeeper.

●彼は所帯持ちだから そうそう自由に使える金はなさそうだ. He has a family [He's married], so I doubt he really has any extra [《口》 fun] money.
